Low FODMAPs Diet
Designed to reduce gastrointestinal symptoms such as gas, bloating and abdominal pain, it focuses on avoiding or limiting certain food components until digestive health improves and reintroducing them later based on tolerance.
Ketogenic diet or Keto diet

The menu is customized according to preferences and restrictions, a shopping list is provided, and the option to shop for an additional cost. Recipes are included for weekend experimentation.
